QA Officer

The Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a QA Officer to join our QA team, supporting compliant GMP systems and day-to-day quality activities across the business.
- Maintain and improve controlled documentation by drafting, reviewing and updating SOPs forms within the document control system.
- Support deviation management by participating in corrections, investigations and corrective actions.
- Administer change controls by supporting impact assessments, approvals and implementation to ensure changes remain compliant.
- Provide QA support to operational teams to ensure established processes are followed and regulatory requirements are met.
- Contribute to audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles.
- File, archive and retrieve GMP quality records
(paper and electronic) in line with document control procedures, retention
schedules and data integrity requirements.
Reporting to the QA Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to keep quality systems effective and fit for purpose.
The Person:
- Previous experience in QA within a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of deviation management, investigations and CAPA.
- Experience with change control and controlled document management (creating and revising SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., science or engineering) is preferred.
