Production Operator - Fixed Term

The Role:
We have fixed-term Production Operator
positions available. The hours are Monday to Friday, there are three shifts
day, afternoon, and night. You may be assigned to any available shift based on
operational needs. Working in our production department, these roles involve understanding
and complying with written procedures, quality inspections, the use of
machinery and equipment and the packaging of our product.

Attributes required for this role:
- Quality focused with a strong attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Have the ability, commitment and energy to learn
- Be physically fit and able to stand for up to 7 hours per shift
- Be reliable and punctual
Experience in a production environment would be advantageous, although not necessary as training will be provided.
Passing a pre-employment drug, alcohol and medical assessment will be a requirement for all successful candidates, as will be a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal convictions report.
