Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We’re seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our engineering and maintenance function running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
About the Role
This is a coordination focused role where you'll be the link between planning, execution and continuous improvement within our maintenance team. You'll help ensure maintenance activities are well organised, compliant and aligned with operational needs, while working closely with the team to support the smooth running of our site.
You'll work alongside the Maintenance Manager and wider maintenance team to coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, support compliance requirements and contribute to ongoing improvements across the function.
While this role is primarily focused on coordination and operational support, you'll also spend time working alongside the maintenance team to understand priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
We recognise that relevant experience can be gained through a variety of maintenance, facilities, engineering support or coordination roles.
You may have experience in areas such as:
- Maintenance planning and scheduling
- Engineering or facilities administration
- Inventory or spare parts management
- Trade or technical environments
- Coordinating contractors or maintenance activities
We’re looking for someone with a combination of:
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities or technical operations environment
- Planning, scheduling, coordination or inventory management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- A trade qualification or practical maintenance background would be advantageous
You'll also be:
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A clear communicator who builds strong working relationships
- Proactive, practical and solutions focused
- Committed to safety and continuous improvement
